WHAT OUR VENDORS SAY
This house very quickly became our home. It is the home into which we welcomed our daughter, hosted our friends and our families for Christmases. We were drawn to this house because of its location, nestled away with only the livery yard behind us (which our daughter has loved watching the horses from the bedroom window). The large wrap around garden has played host to a baby shower (with over 20 guests), our daughter’s first three birthday parties and many a family BBQ. The large family kitchen has provided space for us all to be together, cooking, playing or eating and we have loved the cosy movie nights in our living room.
Being within walking distance of the canal and Calverley woods has been great fun for Little, our (not so little) German Shepherd, and long bike rides with our daughter. Brompton Fold has a great sense of community with various groups for arranging playdates, football, fantasy football, dogs and school discussions to name a few. There is also a lovely little play area and a free library. Outside of the Fold, Apperley Bridge has a number of great pubs, perfect for a family dinner, Sunday lunch or just a drink with friends.
